Post a Resume

Posting your resume on JobO3.com puts you in front of thousand of employers with open positions each day. When you post your resume, we automatically create a registration for you using the email address and password that you supply. When you return to the site in the future you will use that same email address and password to access and edit your existing resume.

Resume Privacy Options

We know that our job seekers have varying levels of comfort when it comes to post their resume on the Internet. To accommodate the needs of all users, JobO3.com has three levels of privacy from which users may choose.

Standard Posting

This option gives you the most visibility to the broadest employer audience possible by making your resume searchable in our VIP Resume Database.

Anonymous Posting

You can also post to the Public Resume Database without any of your contact information being displayed. (If you use this option be sure to remove your contact information from the body of your resume.) The anonymous option also allows you to only display selected pieces of contact information.

Private Posting for Online application Only

This option allows you to post your resume on JobO3.com without having it searched by employers. The benefit is that you can quickly and easily apply for jobs without having to resubmit your information.

Your General Contact Information

Managing your privacy is as simple as selecting what pieces of your contact information are displayed. This may be done through a section of the member's profile that creates and allow you to handle the setting on how you wish to display your profile to the public. It is at your discretion to select how you wish to be contacted by JobO3.com network recruitment website.

Children
Children are not eligible to use our service and we ask that minors (under the age of 18) do not submit any personal information to us or use the service.

Information Use

JobO3 also provides an online service dedicated to helping all types of professionals more effectively connect to one another. The personally identifiable information you choose to provide on this site is used to help you describe yourself to other users. Other information collected by JobO3.com that do not personally identify you as an individual such as users patterns of website utilization are deemed to be exclusively owned by JobO3.com. This information may be utilized by JobO3 in such manner as JobO3 in its sole discretion deems appropriate.

JobO3 Communications
JobO3 will communicate with you via email and notices posted on this website. These include a series of welcome emails that help to inform and adjust new users to various features of the service. JobO3 offers a “public profile” feature which allows users to publish portions of their JobO3 profile, including your “name”, but not your “email address” to the public Internet. Users may opt-out of this feature; however JobO3 cannot justify how third-party search engines will update their cache.

We may provide aggregated data about the usage of our services to third-parties for such purposes as we deem, in our sole discretion, to be appropriate. We may segment our users by role (i.e. general managers, vice presidents), industry, geographic location, company. If you would like to be excluded from the aggregated research or products based upon aggregated data about our users’ activities on the site, please email to our customer service.

Collaborating with Other Organizations to Offer Combined Services:
JobO3 will partners with other online services to give you the combined results of both services and it will be your choice to make use of the combined services or not. In these cases, your personally identifiable information will only be passed from JobO3 to the partner if you choose to use the combined service.

Many emails you initiate through JobO3, an invitation sent to a non-user for instance, will list your email address and name in the header of the message. We may retain certain data contributed by you if it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, or for legitimate business purposes, such as analysis of aggregated, non-personally-identifiable data, account recovery, or if required by law. All retained data will continue to be subject to the terms of the JobO3 Privacy Policy that you have previously agreed to. To request for termination of account and remove your information from the JobO3 service, please send your request to service@JobO3.com. Please send your request using an email account that you have registered with JobO3 under your name. You will receive a response to requests sent to service@JobO3.com within three business days of our receiving it.
